- Orders outside Spain must be paid in advance. They can be made by means our automatic order system by clicking here, or by e-mailing us to: pedidos@transilvaniamodels.com. Usually, orders are sent within 24 hours of receiving their payment, and always by registered mail, the only exception being Flascinder, Yedharo and Bilbokits' stuff. Because our special relationship with these two companies, we don't usually have stock of their products, so orders comprising them can take 2 or 3 extra days to send.

EUROPE FEES

- Shipping prices for Europe will depend on the total weight and size of the order and can fall within four groups. ^*:

• Less than 0.5 kilos: 8 euros ¹
• From 0.5 to 1 kilo: 15 euros ²
• From 1 to 2 kilos: 25 euros ³
• More than 2 kilos: 35 euros ⁴

Some samples within each group:
¹ Very tiny kits (such as most of Oddyssey Slipways'), small sized magazines
² One or two standard plastic model kits, up to 3 standard magazines, small resin figures
³ Large resin busts and figures (1/6 to 1/4 scales), large plastic model kits or several of them, from 4 to 8 standard magazines
⁴ A combination of several plastic or resin model kits, 8 or more magazines

Please note that the Spanish Post Office prices are very high. We apologize for that, but we do not earn any profit from them and are currently unable to offer you a better option.

^*Extraordinarily, shipping costs could be higher if the ordered products are bigger 1/3 to 1/1 resin busts or similar.

PAYMENT METHODS

- We accept payment in any of the four following methods. All the necessary data (bank account, address, etc) will be given when filling the order form:

* Bank transfer:
- Shipment will be sent after we had received the transfer, which may take a few days between banks from different. Please note that depending on the bank, it may ask you for a commission. Don't forget to state your name when making the transfer.

* International Money Order (IMO):
- This is an easy and inexpensive way of sending money which can be made between post offices of most countries.

* Western Union:
- Western Union company has offices in almost every part of the world (even within post offices branches and money transfer is immediate. All you have to do is fill a form, pay the order plus Western Union's commission. You will be given a 10 digits number which you must let us know in order for us to withdraw the money. * Paypal
- We accept Paypal payment, however, because of their high commissions, we prefer any of the previous methods if possible.

OTHER OPTIONS
- We can send orders by courier or any other method preferred by our customers, but this will increase shipping prices notably. For any of these options, please contact us.
